Cell C: RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

I had a contract (router & sim) with Cell C, at R360p/m for 50GB, starting March 2019. The router & sim was delivered via courier. The router worked only for one month. I have reported the problem, using my daughter’s cell C phone nr, spoke to so many technicians, going through the steps trying to resolve the problem. I’ve sent numerous emails. This went on for months. I send an email to inform them that I cannot pay for a product that I am not getting. They said they will send for the router and sim to be collected. Ha didn’t happen. After a few weeks, I called and asked why nobody has come. They asked if I could take it to the nearest Cell C outlet. I told them that ithe nearest outlet is more than 100km away. They said anytime I can. When I eventually got to that oulet a month later, they said the account has been handed over to legal dept and they cannot take the router for repairs. Now I sit with an unjustified debt and a broken router. I managed to pay the debt off and to this date Cell C has not come back to my numerous attempts to resolve this issue. I never got the 50GB monthly that I had to pay for.
