Cell C - *********** their clients

I have recently renewed my contract with Cell C for the monthly amount of R239.00 per month. After a few months my account is in arrears. On investigating I find out that the have increased my contract by R10 (R249.00 pm ) surely they cannot do that?

I have called the customer service centre and been into their Hillcrest branch but it is like talking to a brick wall.

I have emailed to their complaints email address, ********** today for the second time. Email you will find below:

To whome it might concern.

I sent this email to Cell C on 9 May 2017 and again today. I see I am still in arrears I have not been contacted and the issue has not been resolved. This issue will be taken further. It needs to be resolved. Unfortunately this is not the first issue I have had with Cell C.

So I have signed a contract for R239.00 per month, ACCOUNT ********** 4 and am now in arrears for R40.00 because Cell C has decided they want to increase my monthly instalment by R10.00 per month, which I was not aware of, firstly. Secondly, You cannot just do that!!!!!!!

I have signed a contract. That is all I can afford!!! And nobody has the authority to assist. Management is sitting in an office somewhere, unreachable.

This is not the first time I have had an issue. I have spent valuable time in your stores and on the phone to Cell C.

You truly need to be approachable when it comes to client concerns.

Please rectify my account to its original contract amount of R239.00 per month.

Regards

Rose Rapson
