Cell C *********** loyal customers
After my review about Cell C debiting my account for a data contract that I didn't request, they contacted my wife and were informed to contact me personally that very same afternoon. It's been days ago now and not a single word has been heard from them, thus far. That is absolutely not the way to deal with loyal customers.

It's infuriating when Cell C was informed that there is a debit on my account for a data contract that wasn't requested by me and they informed me that I am held responsible for reporting the matter to their ***** department. In the mean time they will just continue to debit my account until I react to their demands. I have done my duty to inform them and it was up to Cell C to immediately stop debiting my account. Loyal customers do not deserve to be exposed to such bad business practice.
