Cell C ripping me off since last year

I am so disgusted with the way Cell C deals with their customers. Cell C first offers me a phone I did not apply for, then bill me every month for it even after I contacted them to inform them that they gave me a phone I did not sign up for. Then they did not credit me all my money back like really now, every time they're always saying they' will provide me with feedback and I'm still waiting since last year July!<br> <br> Secondly I get promised over the phone by their sales person that I will get a ****le and 5 gig per month for R99 . I asked the sales rep to confirm via email, which he did. Then cell c started billing me more money without any explanation or terms, when I wanted to cancel due to incorrect products sold I was told to pay a cancellation fee, I mean why should I pay a cancellation fee when I was sold the products incorrectly. Now I'm stuck with a contract I don't want, I mean I provided proof, they know the sales rep, surely if it's over the phone the calls are recorded. why AM I STILL PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I DON'T WANT??? <br> Still waiting for feedback since last year,<br> <br> Cell C sucks big time....
