Cell c ripping it's customers off!!

So I have been a customer with Cell c for the last 7 years, last year I was ****** and they took my phone and router which was insured by cell c. When I claimed I was told that the Sim card was not used on the router and no one could tell where was I using it from, that was last year. In April I got a call from cell c get more, the guy on the other end assured me that they work with Checkers and shoprite so I can do my shopping there and get discounts and still be able to earn my ebooks. After signing up I found out it was a lie, I called and cancel but cell c is still charging me for this get more thing which I had canceled. So I reversed both debit orders and this morning over R500 was debited from my account. I called cell c and to my surprise the money has not yet reflected on their side, they can't cancel get more because it's another department. I need someone to explain to me how this space shop works
