Cell C ripped me off

<p>I've been abuse by the so called trusted brand 2 years ago I order and I got the phone it wasn't up to standard the packaging was disaster and it was a used phone so I called the dilivery and they took back the phone and was promised to get a new phone now for the past 2 years they still debiting and I've called ran from pillar to post with no help even went as far as going to the shops we called the head office still I'm being bul**** by the so called trusted brand,I regret meeting the cell c brand,now when I reverse the money I get bulled twice on the following month could I get someone to trace what happened</p>
