<p>I am waiting 3months for a refund from cell c still no reply. I paid commitment amount in the store and was assured by store manager tessa I wont be charged for 3contracts but 2. At the end of december I was still charged for 3, went back to the store to enquire I was told to wait and see what happens but 3months now and still waiting, wonder if its a new a plan by the store manager to make money out of unsuspecting customers.... worst service chatsworth branch. They promise to call u but they never... wonder if its some sort of money making scheme...</p>
