Cell C ******* of loyal customers

I have been a loyal Cell C customer for more than ten years and have found their services to be satisfactory, but recently it has gone from satisfactory to extreme ********ity. My Cell C account is now being debited with a data contract that I didn't request at all. When they were informed about it, they investigated the matter and made a lame excuse which was an insult to my intelligence. To add insult to injury, it is now required of me to report the matter to them as being a ********** transaction. This is exactly like reporting the crime to the very ******** who committed the crime. To keep their conscience clear, they continued to debit my account. It's obvious to me that the ball has been placed in my court and if I don't react to their demands, there won't be any possibility that the money that I have paid for an ******* contract, will be reimbursed. This whole debacle is an obvious sign that there are very serious defects in their managerial system of operations. Their loyal customers, the life blood of the company, are exposed to open abuse and ********ity which leaves one with no doubt in mind that no new contracts should be signed, after existing contracts have expired.
