CELL C *******

I have two contracts with cell c ( *** and *** ) The debit orders normally come off between the 27th and the end of each month. In December 2022 they decided to submit the debit orders on the 23rd without my permission.There was not enough funds in the account so they want to penalize me R70.00 per account They also decided to take the payment off 3 times and seem reluctant to give the extra money back..I have since closed my banking account and have informed them that i will do an EFT every month.I went to the cell c shop yesterday but the still want me to pay the R70.00.There is absolutely no way that i will pay that penalty.I have also informed them that my contracts will not be renewed when the come to an end.They even did this to their own staff members.I have been with them for about 17 years but not for much longer.
