Cell C customer support and communication is very poor. My 24 month data contract ended 12 July, the made no real effort to remind me or call me to find out if I want to continue with it. I assumed a contract that states 24 Months would actually end at the end of it. Nobody remembers what the fine print says on a contract you sign two years ago! So now I'm forced to pay for data I don't want because I only called them yesterday to cancel and requires a months notice. This is ridiculous! They are so fast to call me with offerw for stuff I didn't ask for but thier contracts are all about keeping a customer stuck in something with so much red tape. Nevermind the fact that thier mobile data is so expensive and thier whatsapp bundle went from R5 to R29 for no apparent reason!

Referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions you are required to provide a 30 days cancellation notice to have your contract cancelled. Should you not do so your contract continues on a month to months basis. Your contract will be terminated on the 23rd August 2019.

Review your policies or you will lose clients who will never return to your products and services. I know I won't.
