Cell C *******!!!

Cell C I am highly disappointed in you. After my first contract with you which ended on the 19th January, you carried it over on a month to month basis without my permission because I did not physically 'cancel' my two year long contract which I was notified ended on 19th January. Not once was I notified about that it would continue and that I have to physically tell you that I wanted to cancel. I only found out I had to cancel after I had one of your telesales agents hassle me into upgrading my contract. It was then after 6pm and I could not contact your cancellation line to end the contract. I now have to pay 2 additional months (march I will get this ******* bundle again that I do not want and be forced to pay for something I dont want) because I could only get hold of your offices today which is unfortunately the 2nd and not the 1st. ONE additional day CELL C and you will still force me to pay for something I did not ask for??? I am sickened at your greediness and will be changing service providers end March because this is not what I call caring about the customer.
