Cell C ridiculous time wasting security questions and gross failure to perform basic functions

What a mission to obtain and activate a Cell C e-Sim. After going from branch to branch, I finally found a store that stocks e-sims. I couldnt get it activated because a green id is required. However, I can phone 135 and customer care can get it done. After phoning 2 times and failing the many many many many many many stupid security questions, it couldnt be done. Customer care is ridiculous with their cumbersome security systems and should update to a more streamlined process. Besides that, its nearly impossible to hear the agent. It sound if the are trying to talk on antiquated scratchy headphones. You hardly hear anything. How do I activate this sim without being inconvenienced or wasting lots and lots of time.

I did not receive a code because the ridiculous security questioning was not successful numerous times. you surely are beating around the bush trying to be secure.
So far i have wasted a lot of time because there is not adequate stock of e-simms and lost of wasted fuel at 10km/l to and from two different branches, 2 x R10 for parking tickets, 1 x R49 for a failed e-simm and R115 for another e-simm. While I had great service from Palesa at Clearwater, the rest of Cell C customer service is worthless.
While at the branch, the security questioning failed once more with customer care because the person there cannot understand that I'm a cash customer and subsequently failed the process because she could nnot understand that I am not at a bank. Palesa questioned her about it, but that inept person was greatly unhelpful and failed the process non the less.
How long have I been with Cell C? what a stupid question, I'm not counting days since I have been there, but the clear answer is that its definitely not going to be for too long anymore if this charade carries on.
Besides that, the signal keeps dropping and I couldnt conclude a call while at Clearwater mall. I was at the same spot while there was signal and it dropped frequently after about a minute in conversation. This is a constant problem Telkom number two !!!!
I also enquired about a R70 failed debit order that Cell C failed to resolve exactly because of the ridiculous millions of security questions. I'm not applying for credit, for pete's sake. or should i rather say " FOR **** SAKES MAN"
Now you give me a reason why I should be happy with this substandard product and service, or tell me straight to ****** off to another cell service provider.
Do you wonder why I did not upgrade to cellphone contracts, and just kept with sim only contracts ?
i am definitely not happy with the poor service.
This poor service started with the selling out of Cell C to Vodacom, Should I perhaps close my account and move to Vodacom seeing that I'm already a unwilling sold-out voda-C customer?

Did you take your ID with you? as the eSim can only be activated at the store .

Ample time has gone by and my basic question and problem has not been addressed. This basic miscommunication/ misunderstanding is what is causing Cell C to lose customers. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND CELL C
