Cell C Reversal Refund

I requested for upgrade reversal i returned Router and Laptop they couldn't find Router and i returned everything on 5th they called on 15th saying they cannot find Router. So they added the full price of the Router on my invoice for them to reverse upgrade and i was debited R1501,67. They said I'm going to receive a Refund of the prorata and full allocation of the 5gig top up package, however i did not get the refund

Please assist to get the 5gig allocation refund as promised by lady who called me on my last review and assist to devide the router amount into 3 months as R1500 is alot and was not in my plans i have to reverse.

I cannot wait for 2 to 3 working days ref number for refund ***
