Cell C Retentions lies

On the 19 December 2023 I called in to 084143 Cell C retentions department and spoke to an agent who confirmed that he has processed my 30day cancellation notice for ***. Today 04 Jan 2024 I called into 084143 I was advised that my contract has not been cancelled. Please listen to the call recording 19th December 2023 and process my cancellation and my last debit being 31 January 2024.
