Cell C Retention's Agents is ****** and Not helpful

Every time I call Cell C and speak to someone of Color from Retention line they tell I have failed the Security where as if I come through an Indian or White I get assisted Why is Cell C agents ****** towards its customers ??? I called to cancel *** and *** last month - I received an SMS to advise me that *** has been cancelled but not ***. For Security check my ID Number is *** Full Name is Kashveer Bipraj Email is *** Physical address 33 Buttergreen Gardens 4068 However I fail every time I come through . This is another Month I am going to pay over R800 due to Agents in Cell C that do not know how to do a job Properly
