Cell C Retentions

Cell C advises me that i am due for an early upgrade so i requested the new iphone SE, the first consultant says she did not even know that Apple released a new Iphone, wow and that is coming from your retentions department. I call again the 2nd time and then i am told that Cell C does not have stock as they have not received the new phone at all so i left my details and they will call when they receive the phone. I call again today 25/05/2020 and i get told that cell c does not have stock and they cannot sell what they dont have. i was told to go to a store to see if they have stock, i then asked why they could not source one from a store for me and she says they cannot do that without even giving a reason. I then ask for a supervisor and she tells me all that she was telling me was from her supervisor so i insisted, Aubrey comes on the phone and as i explain to him, the call cuts and nobody calls you back, as i thought would happen, they have my details and still could not call back. I cannot believe how unprofessional some of these consultants sound and they work at the retentions department, you want to retain my business by dealing with my query like this. Unbelievable.
