Cell C retentions

False advertising and unprofessional consultants.

I have been trying to cancel a contract with CellC for over 3 months now. The sales agent i spoke to, when he pitched the contract i was told i would pay R129 for 10gb.But i was the debited R135 a week later,i called the retentions department in February asking for a cancelation, due to breaching the contract, i was told they would listen to the call recordings and i would be contacted in 48 hours with the resolution. I was never contacted, i called back and my calls were transferred from one person to the next. Ive called several times and sent emails but still no cancelation, they debit R199 and R135 every month. i went into their store on the 26th of April and made a call to retentions, i was told they would send me a reference number via sms,i have not received any communication from them besides billing. I have not even used their sim card but im billed.

The worst service ever, i regret signing up with this ***** network.
