Cell C Retention Service is Pathetic

Cell C Retention service is worst. I've been battling to cancel my contract as I asked for a settlement balance. Today the guy I spoke to was very rude to me, and related very emotionally, when I was pointing out the fact that I was not prepared to have the same discussion for the third time. Yesterday when I called to cancel, and gave them the reasons why, I was promised to be assisted, still to date nothing has happened. I am done with Cell c! Never again!!!
