Cell C Retention Department - Utter Rude Customer Service

Cell C Retention Department; Wow what rude people, they definitely make sure of getting rid of customers. Today was the second time I spoke to the Retention department (the first time I spoke to a lady named Sadna) and boy oh boy rudeness is an understatement. What happened to keeping customers happy and being friendly? I am stunned by the service provided! This really made up my mind to move to another service provider, I cannot be assisted by people like this. A word of advice Cell C: Employ competent, professional and friendly staff, not people making sure the customer will leave your service provided. I would like an apology for the terrible service received.
