Cell C Retention Department bad customer service

I regret the day i signed Up a contract with CellC. I have been taken from pillar to post by the cancellation & retention manager by the name of Knowledge. Everytime when i call they say he is busy, he is now avoiding my calls n im now supposed to pay for the mistakes he acknowledged over the phone. I have been calling them almost everyday from the 2nd of this month. Even to date im still waiting for Knowledge to resolve my problem since he is the manager. I would not advise anyone to sign up a contract with Cell C, bad service ever!!!
