Cell C resort to dirty tricks

I was, yet again hugely disappointed and surprised by their response, claiming not to know who I was despite attaching my account number on the review. If they continue down this path, they're going to loose more than just money....my goodwill done! I'm flabbergasted by their lack of candour and transparency. They have a duty to make sure everything is above board. Looks like they're covering up wrongdoing. They're too busy *********** customers than working on solutions to retain them. Ever since I started working I've never reneged or defaulted on a contract, let alone reverse an authorized debit order (and I have more than 15 years worth of bank records to prove it). I have two other contracts with MTN and never had a contractual dispute, not one time in 15 plus years, let alone asked to change my mobile number from my beloved ********** .. For the life of me I can not fathom why 9 months down the line no-one at Cell C tried to address this. And I'm not even querying why my R151pm contract (LTE package) suddenly stopped working 2 days after renewing the contract because in hindsight I now realize it was all part of the ruse to raise the contract to R199. Now, that's a neat trick if you ask me. Most shocking was when they hit me with a R774 bill, which they promised to 'fix' when I queried. But 2 months later another R301. Each time I would ask how did they make the leap from R199 to R301 they resort to the same half-hearted attempt "we'll get back to you" line, which I now know means, we're going to dip into your account some me. Lately, to help perpetuate their *****, they have hired some company I never even heard of to take money from my account. This have cost me more than R150 in reversal fees from my bank but I'll tell you what, it was worth every penny. The last time I heard from Cell C they arranged for me to come into their offices (May 10th) for a discussing, which they never honored or even bothered to tell me anything, or that there was even a strike/industrial action. I only learned when I asked why there was a large police contingent outside the gate. Decent people would call in advance to cancel or postpone appointments but these people clearly are anything but. Cell C should drop the pretense now because anyone with half a brain can see through this hypocritical *****. I used to think I'm always gonna be with Cell C because of the close proximity to where I live but not anymore. The only positive thing about this bad experience is that it has led me to look elsewhere and was blown away by how exponentially better Telkom mobile is, it's super fast, almost like comparing dial-up internet and 4G speed, and I'm not exaggerating. They should either take me to court than aggravate me with these endless unauthorized debit orders. So I would like to warn anyone and everybody to be on the look out and not get conned out of their hard-earned cash. Cellphone in question ********** 286 [Incident: 190 ********** 38].
