Cell C Resolves My Complaint

Recently I posted a review of Cell C with regards to cancelling a contract. My review obviously ruffled some feathers as I was contact a few hours later to resolve the issue which took 5 min., Whilst I fully appreciate the prompt response and resolution of my issue, I wish it would have been resolved when I first contacted the call center, so much time and energy would have been saved.
