Cell C reponse to compaint non existent on Data packages supp**** by their subcontracors

Cell C offer subcontracting business to individuals and companies, where by you can get data packages on a monthly basis cheap. You go through the subcontractor yet the supplier of DATA is Cell C I did and bought a modem along with a 100g data card, I paid for it and the sub contractor failed to deliver and never refunded me my monies, I sent an on line e-mail via their contacts to Cell C and to date have received no reply.

Hi DA
The Company was Plus VPS Communications and the owners name is JP Kuypers.
Look up the Hello Peter Review on him, it got quite bad.
I received no Modem or Data sim
