My phone was handed in for repairs on 14 December 2020 have paid almost 3 monthly accounts with no phone. Till today I don't have my phone.

15 Feb 2021, 12:49Cell C insurance has not made payment towards Cell C repair centre as we speak. I've made excess payment on 21 December 2020, they've had enough time. Onbudsman here I come.
