Cell c repairs nightmare

Have a huwaei y9 prime which is still under warranty.have a problem with the speaker sent it to cellc for a repair after 4 days i get a quote of 4660 for a new phone because they have no spares to fix my phone .under warranty terms whose problem is that ,cell c i need an answer as i need my device and not prepared to pay 4660. If its under warranty and no spares available i guess its your problem

Still waiting for someone to call me received a sms on sunday stating my case has been resolved but no one has any idea how.
They dont even have it on the system i would like someone to call me directly with a solution. I need my phone repaired and returned.
