Cell C repairs - Device Not Collected

<p>I would like to comment on the poor service delivery I have received from Cell C. I phoned Cell C repairs to request for my Device to be collected for repairs and I've almost a month now everytime I call them they tell me the same story - "the Courier company Ram is responsible for all collections and that there is noting they can do"</p> <p> </p> <p>When you buy a device from Cell C direct they are very quick to deliver but they dont care what happens after. No support at all from Cell C repairs. Bad Service!</p> <p> </p>
