I sent my phone in for repairs and everything on the quote that was sent to me was incorrect and false. There was no physical damage or a charging issue so i don't know why it says that on the quote. I specifically told the agent that the device overheated and the touch stopped working after that so everything on the quote is false as the device does charge and was sent to you guys with a full battery and the device was on as well. Honestly putrid service and looking to make money off me on issues that the device doesn't have. This also shows that the technicians are not actually checking out the devices and are just going according to what the agent listed as an issue
