Cell C Repairs department is useless!!

My cellphone has been with Cell C since the beginning of November, 3 months into the upgrade! We got it back, only to be in the exact state that we sent it in!! The only excuse I get is they are awaiting parts!! And I am getting charged for a handset fee every month. My debit order goes off every month! They are quick to deduct, but with practically Zero Customer Service!!!!!! And then I get **** to by the branch as well!! Everyone else seems to get parts except for Cell C!!! I will not be upgrading any of my Contracts with Cell C ever again! I moved away form Vodacom due to the lack of Customer service! Now I am stuck with Cell C again. I am not doing this anymore!!!!!!
