CELL C REPAIRS CENTRE & WARRANTY -PATHETHIC SERVICE

SAMSUNG A51 Imei: *** Ref no: KWDUR442926

I sent In a Perfectly Working Phone to Cell C for Repair Under My 2 Year warranty - only on a call ear volume was low. This phone was never dropped or abused in any way. The Phone has No cracks Or dents on it.(No Physical damage to the Naked Eye) Now as per Cell C repair centre -My Phone Has Physical Damage -& My Warranty Is Been Voided. I must pay for attached Quote??? I Have made Numerous calls to cell c repair centre -asking them for a written report of such physical abuse -even spoken to the Team Leader who promised me by 1pm on 17/6/2022 ,I will have feedback. This morning 20/6/2022 I called once again -to leave messages for feedback

Is this How Cell C & Samsung Operate -******* Their Good Dedicated Clients?

NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO DATE: I HAVE JUST CALLED CELL C REPAIR CENTRE -WAS TOLD THEIR MANAGER (MR MSOMI ) IS OFF SICK -I MUST WAIT FOR HIM TO RETURN TO WORK TO FIND OUT AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PHONE??? WHAT ******* SERVICE IS THIS!!!
