Cell C Repairs Centre Utter Poor Service Delivery!!!

I dropped of a device for screen repairs 30 January 2021 @ The Grove Mall Cell C shop. The Cell C Repairs team only collected the device 08 March 2021??? I only received my phone back 31 March 2021. Now the camera lens is fogged up??? How is this possible when the phone is supposedly waterproof??? I did email them and no one has contacted me. This is utter poor service received while still having to pay your device and insurance monthly???
