Cell c repairs centre can't do repairs

It's with great disappointment I have to go to this level My LG was sent in as the screen lock failed . It been 2months later and all Cell c can answer we outsource the phone the 3rdtime . I am paying for a contract I don't use . Replaced the old secondhand phone that 3 outsource companies worked on .never will I take anything from you company again
