Cell C repairs BAD SERVICE

i purchased my note 4 from cell c and a couple months download the line it had been experiencing problems, i made my way to the cell c in overport city, the staff there have a don't care attitude and didn't advise me to remove my temp glass,booked my phone to their repair centre in Joburg for 21 days, after 21 days i get a msg stating my phone is ready for collection. when i go there no staff have a clue where the phone is!!!, it is my time and petrol that no1 refunds to me. Besides that to keep the customer happy they are suppose to call me to make sure i know what is going on, i had to call them on that note(my airtime). finally i pick up my phone 2 days after i initially suppose to receive it and when i get home my phone still experiences the SAME PROBLEM!! WHO IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB THERE?? as technicians they are suppose to check all the problems before the dispatch it. which clearly was not done!! my phone keeps rebooting and i am very furious! i should be getting a reimbur*****t! Plus on top of that Cell C takes out their Debit order ON TIME!! Totally do not recommend this to anyone!! Cell C needs to own up and get me a brand new phone if they could not solve this problem!!
