Cell c repairs
My mom's bought a contract phone at cell c outlet .the contract started on July 2020 and on the 30 September 2020 I send the phone to repair in greenstone mall outlet I was help by a lady called uvail . she check the handset problem was networks cannot read both SIM card .on the 04 November I went back to check my phone it was not there and the consultant told me my phone has a problem of USB .and my cannot take any USD port.she told me I must pay R4689.01 if I want my phone to be repaired I then refuse because that money is outstanding money that I must pay for the remaining contract. Jeannette mantshadi mgenge i.d *** my contact *** vukile mgenge .still not happy with cell c the phone still under warranty till next year July 2021 .your assistance will be highly appreciated.
