cell c repair

im am very LIVID to say the least i took my phone to cell c Eastgate on the 2nd October 2022, to this day the 20th December 2022 i have not received my phone back im taken from pillar to post ... does it take 3months to get a samsung phone fixed, if they arent able to fix my phone can they just replace it cause im paying for insurance which i have never skipped a month even when phone is still not on contract i still pay for insurance because i was avoiding cases that if i loose or damage for phone its still covered............. im am beyond angry at this moment
