Cell c repair charged me R4100

<p>My lg4 phone froze in the middle of my busy long chats,I switched it off for a while and switched it on ,I noticed no change ,repeatedly for about three times .I ended up changing my battery and nothing changed ,when frozen only LG theme appeared ,the following day that was 27 March 2016 I took it to cell c head office ,was then told my phone will be ready within 7 days,on the 3rd of June they quoted me R4100 to unfreeze my phone ,which I understand my phone is still under 1 year guarantee/warranty it's been less than a year since I got it.</p> <p>I rejected the quote And asked for my phone back but no body seem to help with giving back my phone,since the 3rd I have been calling cell c every after 3-working days like they all promised to give my phone back .</p> <p>Cell c why should I begge you to give me what belongs to me ?am disappointed really .</p>
