Cell c repair charged me R4100

<p>Cell c </p> <p>You guys I have been nothing but good to you in terms of my account and communication,mostly understanding and patient enough.</p> <p>Iam stressed beyond control because no one in cell c seem to be helpful with giving back my phone</p> <p>It's been almost a month now without a phone,communicating to repair centre every 3 days to check on the status of my LG 4 phone since last month,I owe you guys nothing,I need my phone back,why should I pay R4100 to unfreeze my phone .</p> <p>Am so frustrated because you have misled me so many times ,thinking am gonna get my phone day after day .I have tried all I can to communicate with you in a dignified way ,but surely you need drama to resolve issues .</p>
