Cell C Repair Centre Jhb RUDE PEOPLE!!!!

<p>First im very angry. i have more than 4 cotracts with cell c i have a note 4 for 8 months now... it is the 3rd time im sending it in for repairs (NOT MY FAULT) first time for signal drop they did software... second time SIGNAL DROP they did software again. see im a cellphone technician aswell i can do that myself but because im paying they need to help me. 3rd time im sending it in for signal drop they replaced my screen and on the that same day i got it my screen was lifting up and on the repair slip is only software. soo now its been there for 3 weeks its been there calling twice with my ref number they ARE SO RUDE NOT HELPING ME ALOT TALKING TO ME IF IM THERE FRIEND JUST SAYING BEY. im working with custemors every day ill never be that rude ever im sooo mad what can i do before i go all mad on them and i dont want to fight i only want my fphone to be fixed or another phone im over this **** they have my phone more than me using it im DONE! I need help! I need to complain!</p>
