Cell c repair centre is lying

This month I sent my Huawei p30 lite away to the repair centre, I got a sms to call them , today I called and was told that they are charging me R2599.99 to repair my phone because its out of warranty because due to physically damage, and they want to change the board. That phone never fell, no kids played with it, and it was always in my pocket, as I'm very over looking after a phone. This is very unacceptable, bad service and a lie. My gone still has one month for the warranty to be done,. My gone was freezing, and when I go into a app, it jumps out of the app, and the signal strength is bad as it stays loosing connection.

My husband has the same phone, and it does the exact same thing, let me say again he's done does the exact same thing as mine does, so how can this be physical damage, so in other words we both damaged our phones, this is utter nonsense. The repair centre is lying, the phone didn't have cracks and scratches on it, it's just the constant freezing part and that the phone jumps out of apps that I go in to. This has happened before , and the cause is software, so where does the physical damage come from, unless it was damaged on purpose by the repair centre. I am totally and utterly disgusted in this service.
