Cell c repair centre are *****s

<p>My phone is A LG g4 I was using Google maps and it just died and is stuck on the LG logo and just stays their. My phone is under 24 months warranty and they want me to pay for my phone yet it's under warranty when you try go through to management he is never in and I have waited 3 days for his phone call you guys are quick to take my monthly debts. And I have found out that this batch of phones made all have the same defect yet cell c won't tell any one.And now want me to pay for a phone under warranty. Not the first problem I have had with cell c it's disgusting your services are pathetic. And yes all my calls are recorded as well. I want management to contact me as I am also getting in touch with Wendy knowla</p>
