CELL C REPAIR CENTER LOST MY PHONE

I have sent my cellphone in for repairs on the 13/02/2016 and when i called the Repair Center on the 26/02/2016, i was informed that my phone was repaired on the 25/02/2016 and was dispatched to leave with the Ram Couriers for delivery to the Phoenix branch (where i had given the phone in). i called the Phoenix branch on the 29/02/2016 and was informed that the cellphone has not yet reached them. i called the Repair Center again and queried. No one seemed to know where my phone is and no one is willing to assist. I am totally disgusted at your service
