Cell C Repair Center and External Repair Center Woes

I booked in a Nokia Lumia 1320 for repairs on 18 Aug 16, and received an sms stating that it was queued for assessment. This phone had just come back from a second repair and this time it was booked out to Cell C's external repair centre(ERC) which I believe is Nokia. The phone was in my possession for almost a day when I returned to the store and pointed out to the manager in store that the phone was more problematic now.

I received an SMS with the Cell C reference number WPCAP35541 on 19 Aug 16 to inform me that the device had been allocated to a technician for an assessment. On 23 Aug 16 I popped into the store again to do a follow up and one of the consultants showed me that the phone was again sent off to their ERC. I was also informed by Nomthandazo Mbebe that this would normally take 7 days before there would be an update on their repair system, as this was an external entity. On 30 Aug 16 when I went into the store again to do a follow up there was still no update from ERC. I went back again on 1 Sept to give ERC the benefit of the doubt, and still no update. I requested the consultant in store call the repair center and ask them to do a follow up requesting that ERC update the system with regard to the repair. This was done on 1 Sept, and an email was sent ERC requesting such. Today it is already 7 Sept 16 and still no update from ERC. I am sitting without a phone since 18 Aug 16.

The saga continues with CELL C and NOKIA! Eventually my phone came back (WPCAP35541) on 19 Sept 16 since 19 Aug 16. Right there in the store the phone still had the same problem, and I immediatly booked it in. On 22 Sep 16 I received an sms from CELL C Repair Center (ARC) informing me the phone was qued for assesment (WPCAP48620) and the next day it was allocated to a technician. On 03 Oct 16 I received and sms stating that the phone had been dispatched from ARC. The phone had been swopped out by ERC (NOKIA), however it had been replaced with a LUMIA 640 which is half the size of my 1320 which of course meant that I was highly disssatisfied. I did not accept the phone and asked the consultant to return it and to state that I wanted the phone replaced with something of similar size (naming the 640XL) Even though it was worth less in value. On 18 Oct 16 TKHANYILE 18784 updated the status to ERC (NOKIA) stating my dissatisfaction. On 28 Ot 16 the phone was back at ARC from ERC and with Hendrik Joubert and Motalane, Mr Selokela Moses for a quality check and software update. Then on 01 Nov 16 I received an sms from ARC stating the phone had been dispatched. I went to collect the phone on Wed 02 Nov 16. After all of this nonsense they had "Repaired the fault and quality Checked" the LUMIA640 which was the swop out unit. How on earth could a swop out unit that was returned without fault have been repaired??? I phoned the repair center and spoke to Priscilla on 02 Nove 16 and told her that I was not prepared to accept the 640LUMIA. She promised to try and solve it and get back to me...still nothing....NO PHONE SINCE 18 AUGUST 2016!!!!!!
