Cell C repair
It been 3 weeks now since i took my phone for repairs, no courtesy calls nothing, just to keep me updated, i had to make a call 4 days ago and i was told that they are still waiting for spares, i really need my phone back, my Cell C repair reference number is KWUMH 399257, can this matter be resolved urgently please, i am really tired of waiting.

15 Feb 2021, 11:51You guys made me to take a trip all for nothing, i went to the store to get the device and they told me that they havent received any deliveries,the inconvience that you guys are causing, i dont think you have an idea, i need that phone as i use it for work,can you please quickly get this resolved.

Why would you assume that I did not call the store? I called the store and no one picked up, not that I expected anyone to pick up because you guys excel in bad customer service, no one picked up my calls at the store so I went there and I was told what I had just written on the previous reply, I need my phone as of today, I am really tired of your delays and I have been patient enough, give me back my phone.
