Cell C renewed my contract without my permission and debiting my account after I cancelled the contract with them

I took out a contract with cell c and it came to an end in October, I was advised to call them 2 or 3 months before the contract expires and I called them in July to cancel my contract because I had taken out insurance with them and when my phone gave problems they refused to replace it and told me that I had covered it for when it falls which led to my contract cancellation that then took place in October . Cell c did not stop debiting my account to date they even debiting for insurance that I cancelled even before I cancelled the contact . I got a call this morning advising that I owe cell c , my contact was renewed in November I, no one knows who renewed it. I even asked them to cancel my number as I do not want anything that has to do with cell c . I wouldn't recommend this network to anyone. I called the call center and they hung up on me twice until Stepheni Tshabalala answered . I got great service from her and I hope she resolves my query . Cell c needs more people like her . The first 2 ladies who hung up on me 1 goes by the name of Phumla unfortunately I didn't get the surname and the first one I didn't get her name but the service they provided was something else that is why I left the network
