CELL C rejecting my termination of contract
<p>i have finished the ****tract of 24 months with cell c and i have called them more than 10 times to terminate my contract and spoke to Manape from cell c upgrade and she said she said she has raised it up and it will be fixed but nothing is hapening, its been 2 months and they are deducting my money, </p>
Terminating your contract should not be frustrating, especially if you have sent your request on time and the process is followed correctly from our end.
We will listen to the call recordings and assist accordingly.

i have called cell c so MANY TIMES. and they transfer my calls to termination department but then the moment they transfer the call hangs up, when i try to explain to the agents that its hnging up, they do not understand they tell me everything its fine, i even asked to speak to their manager but they always say they will fix it, today i was deducted money AGAIN, and i am going to reverse it because i have called cell c so many times to cancel my contract and they didnt, im tired of this, since february i have been calling cell c and no help,

Skhumbuzo contacted you and advised that the contract will be cancelled at the end of this month as the last debit will be at the end of this month too.
