Cell c refusing with the Settlement letter/paid up letter

3 weeks ago I wrote a review regarding the ******* and unauthorised upgrading of my contract to which Cell C has responded after months of trying to close the contract. I have recently discovered that the contract has been terminated however they are refusing to issue me with a settlement/paid up letter as well as my money back. I desperately need the settlement letter because the account has been disrupting my property registration for the last two months. What puzzles me further is that they account has been terminated however they are refusing to give me the letter. All I want is the letter the crediting can come later.
