Cell C refusing to refund
Been fighting for a refund from CELL C since May. I'm so frustrated and feel helpless. Every time I call, I'm asked to send through the proof of payment and the bank statement. Then I'm told all is in order and I must wait a week to receive the refund... when I make a followup after a week, I'm told to start the whole process afresh. It's been months now.
