Cell C Refusing to Pay Contract Buy-Out

Hi. I ported my line from TM to Cell C. They happily ported my number but when the time came to load my gift card they refused to accept the TM screenshot. I was told to do an affidavit which i did....still didn't accept that...then requested an email from TM confirming an amount which was sent to Cell C....PROMISED to load card within 24hrs (Sat 30/04/16), checked on Sunday (01/05/16) nothing loaded...called the store manageress who called through to Cell C who now say there is a dispute with the value that should be paid. I now owe TM R7500.00 and don't have this money today them.....Cell C doesn't care! if you don't want to pay me cancel my contract!!!! i haven't used a single minute or the phone....
