Cell C refusing to pay back my money

Hi my name is Mary I have been loyal customer if Cell C for many years, 27 July 2023 I mistakenly send them R1000 via EFT I wanted to send it to Homechoice. I called them and told them what happened so they ask for my details so that they can send it back even now I didn't receive it, I went pillar to pot with them up until I involve Legalwise but also they failed to assist me. Can you help me solve this matter I need my money back and also dissappoint on Legalwise as I'm paying them every month without even missing a month.
