Cell C refusing to give me my contract cancellation letter

<p>I paid off my Cell C Contract account in November 2016. And I have been calling them for the past two weeks now to get my cancellation letter with no success. 6 days ago I was told I need to send an email to the ********** email address and I did and have not received any response till now! Insead I get SMSes that tell me that my query has been solved when I have not received any response from anayone. Case number: ********** 305. Can Cell C just give me my cancellation please! This is the reason I cancelled the contract in the first place becuase Cell C doesnt know how to treat its customer right. I need my cancellation letter so I can go get myself another contrcat with a more helpful service provider! </p>
