cell c refusing to cancell my contract

Good day Guys becareful of getting a phone contract from cell c reason being that they are **** and once you have contract with them, the thing that matters to them is upgrade upgrade. I took a phone contract with cell c and when my contract was coming to an end I called cell c to cancel my contract and within a minute I received an sms to say my cancelation request was successfully but from last year 2021 11 20 up until today i have been debited for no reason. I dnt want to do a reversals because I know the impact of reversing debit order into my account. Cell c can I have my money back as you failed to honor our contract... mouth of word is dangerous..
